How does one become a terrorist? This project explores radicalization & the embarking process of extremist groups, and particularly, Islamist extremists. The research shines a light on their potential recruits, and their methods to get to them and start the indoctrination process. Social media plays a central role as Facebook Ads allows a very accurate targeting based on personal data, & therefore, everyone is exposed to the danger.
